By participating in the Good Guy Award (“the Award”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Award Purpose:

• The Good Guy Award aims to recognize individuals who demonstrate exceptional character, kindness, and positive contributions to their community.

2. Nomination Process:

• Nominations must be submitted through the official channels provided by the Award organizers.
• Nominators must provide accurate and truthful information about the nominee’s character and actions.
• The Award organizers reserve the right to verify the information provided in nominations.
• The Award organizers reserve the right to disqualify any nomination deemed inappropriate or fraudulent.

3. Eligibility:

• Eligibility criteria for the Award will be determined by the Award organizers and may vary.
• The Award organizers reserve the right to modify eligibility criteria at any time.

4. Selection Process:

• Award recipients will be selected by a panel of judges or through a process determined by the Award organizers.
• The selection process will be conducted fairly and impartially.
• The Award organizers’ decisions regarding award recipients are final.

5. Publicity and Use of Information:

• By accepting a nomination or award, nominees and recipients agree to allow the Award organizers to use their name, likeness, and information for publicity and promotional purposes.
• The Award organizers reserve the right to publish information about award recipients through various media channels.
• The award organizers also reserve the right to collect publicly available information about nominees in order to perform due diligence.
• Nominators agree that information provided by them may be shared publicly.

6. Award Presentation:

• Award recipients will be presented with the Award at a time and location determined by the Award organizers.
• The Award organizers reserve the right to modify the award presentation format and details.

7. Limitation of Liability:

• The Award organizers are not responsible for any damages or losses incurred by nominees or recipients in connection with the Award.
• The Award organizers are not liable for any errors or omissions in the award process.

8. Modification of Terms and Conditions:

• The Award organizers reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
• Any changes to these terms and conditions will be posted on the official Award website or communicated through other appropriate channels.  
   

9. Termination of Award:

• The award organizers reserve the right to terminate the award program at any time without notice.
